I grow startups for a living. For 12 years I've taken Silicon Valley startups from zero to scale, most recently as VP of Growth Marketing at Manychat, where I was the first growth hire and we grew 10x.

Now my favorite thing is talking about how it actually works. On stage, on podcasts and over a good coffee.

How I got here

I'm VP of Growth Marketing at Manychat. I joined as the very first growth hire, launched Instagram automation and helped grow the company 10x in ARR to over 2 million creators.

Before that I built growth at a wearables startup that got acquired, a B2B marketplace and my own digital and influencer marketing agency. Different products. Same question every time: how do we get this thing to grow?

Along the way I've partnered with over 1,000 creators, hosted events for over 10,000 people and sat across from Trevor Noah and Steven Bartlett for fireside chats.

These days I also advise startups, build my own audience as a creator and raise two teenagers. Ask me about any of it.
